Pandemic influenza A (H1N1) 2009 (formerly called human swine influenza) continues to spread in NSW.

H1N1 influenza 09 produces a mild illness in most, a severe illness in some and is a moderate illness overall.

This site explains how you can limit the spread of influenza, as well care for someone who does get sick.
